NWISL Rules

NWISL plays using the SAY Soccer Laws, which are currently in their 4th Edition.

Those Laws are modified under the NWISL Local Rules of Competition, which are as follows:

• U8 Local Playing Rules
• U10 Local Playing Rules
• U12 Local Playing Rules
• U14 Local Playing Rules
• U19 Local Playing Rules
• Spring Tournament Rules
• Special Rule Summary for Referees

Please note, although some say 2018, these are the most current versions.

NWISL Policies

In addition to those Playing Rules, NWISL has a number of rules pertaining to Weather, Blow-Outs, and other matters.  A summary of the current policies that affect games are below:

*Fall Mandatory Evaluations will be as follows:
U12 boys June 17th 6pm-8pm. U12 Gold team invitation only 6/19 6-8pm
U8-coed and U10B/G June 20th 5pm-7pm
U14B/G and U12 June 21st 5pm/7pm

July 6, 2024, Registration closes 

July 8, 2024, VSC coaches meeting. 630pm at the fields. 

August 4, 2024 - NWISL Head Coaches Meeting) (Time TBD) Location Hobart Moose Lodge

August 18, 2024 - First Game 

September 7, 2024 - Popcorn fest Parade

October 13, 2024 - Last Game

November 2 & 3, 2024 - Kick or treat tournament hosted by VSC
